Beauty Boutique — Our mandate: To pursue Shoppers Drug Mart’s new identity development in a new space configuration : the Toronto Eaton Centre. We had to integrate once more an environment highlighting luxury brands while still being approachable to the mass market. Our Solution: We created the Beauty Boutique, which transformed the retail experience and made it more interactive through animated screens, diagnostic & discovery stations. The integration of various elements allowed us to create a soft and comfortable atmosphere. Our Results: The new design enhances the overall customer experience and “shop-ability”by demonstrating: a clear expression of each expertise through delicate presentation of both products and services; a soft balance between modern design and comfortable environment; a clear and elegant presentation of the brands displayed contributing to a premium shopping experience; and unexpected sales results.

Beauty Boutique — Notre mandat : Poursuivre le développement de la nouvelle identité de marque dans une nouvelle configuration d’espace au Toronto Eaton Centre, et intégrer un environnement valorisant pour les marques de luxe et accueillant pour les consommatrices.Notre solution : Nous avons créé la Beauty Boutique, rendant l’expérience achat plus interactive à l’aide d’écrans tactiles, de stations découvertes de produits et diagnostiques. La boutique étant située au niveau métro et entourée de compétiteurs, il était important d’intégrer plusieurs éléments dans les points stratégiques du magasin afin d’apporter une nouvelle dimension à la création d’une atmosphère chaleureuse, confortable et agréable pour les visiteurs. Nos résultats : Ce nouveau design bonifie l’expérience du consommateur et son aptitude à mieux acheter grâce à une expression claire des univers de marques de prestige de la cosmétique et du soin de la peau avec une mise en scène subtile des services et des familles de produits; un doux équilibre entre design contemporain, élégance et convivialité de l’espace de vente; une mise en scène contribuant à l’envie de découverte et d’expérience de magasinage; et des chiffres de ventes au-delà des attentes.
